about
Ancient Greece
Question:
Why were the Greek gods important?
Answer:
The Greeks used their gods and myths to explain naturally occurring events, such as why the sun travelled across the sky, or why flowers bloom. In addition, since Greek gods loved to meddle in human events, the Greeks could explain some human behavior as the result of interaction with the gods.
