There were many branches of early man. Some continued for while and then died out. Neanderthal man died out around 30,000 years ago. They highly advanced people. They were great hunters. They built homes. They buried their dead with ceremony. They made jewerly. Yet, they did not survive the test of time. Scientists do not know if they were killed off by another branch of Homo Sapiens or if they intermingled with other groups and gradually merged with them. But disappear they did. Neanderthals
